When you use SpotLiteOne, we may collect the following data:

- TikTok Shop performance data (commissions, sales, content performance, brand deals)
- Analytics and app usage data
- We collect this data to provide core app functionality, track performance, and improve your experience.
Requesting Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by:
- Emailing us at support@spotliteone.com
- Submitting a request through our in-app support form (if available)
- Please include the email address linked to your SpotLiteOne account in your request.
How We Process Deletion Requests
- We verify your identity before processing deletion.
- Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
- Backup data will be cleared within 90 days.
- After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.
Exceptions
We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, accounting obligations).
